The organisation has grown through acquisition and has extensive travel requirements across the regions it serves. The procurement of the new T&E solution was led by Jessica Rodriguez, Travel Manager, Liberty Global and the accounts team with support and input from systems, finance and procurement departments.

It has also saved us money in our contractual negotiations as we have access to detailed data at a country level. As a result we have consolidated some of our purchasing, saving time and money on processes as all content is now negotiated at a Global level.
