Editorial February 2017
In January’s newsletter, I talked about the prospects for 2017 and the increasingly rapid pace of change at Traveldoo. February starts with some exciting business announcements and confirmation of forthcoming Traveldoo events.
At the end of 2016, we gave our logo a makeover and adopted a new visual identity with the aim of reaffirming what we do. The challenge was to find a new visual that could sum up what we’re about. A simple paper plane fitted the bill! The plane is an iconic representation of travel and paper is a reference to expense receipts, as the two concepts are now inseparable in the new generation of T&E projects.
This symbol fits in perfectly with Traveldoo’s rapid growth and the transition is an ideal opportunity to invite you to visit our new website. The new traveldoo.com is intended to be clearer, more visual and more comprehensive, enriched with a variety of content about our offer, customer case studies, a blog, etc.
In February, we’ll see you at stand #B644 at the Business Travel Show, which will take place in London on 22 and 23 February. Like every year, Traveldoo’s teams will have a major presence at the event to meet with you and we’ll announce the launch of a new mobile offer at the event.
To start this newsletter, I’m delighted to unveil our latest news: Traveldoo Connect Program to Empower end-to-end Solutions by Travel Management Companies. This new platform capabilities will enable TMCs to propose expense management, packaged with their own services. Receipt handling, expense creation and approval workflows, and the full extent of Traveldoo expense technology will be made available.
To accompany this new offering, we have put in place Traveldoo Connect Partner Program, a partner enablement program, for TMC partners to provide seamless travel and expense solutions based on Traveldoo Connect.
Egencia is the first TMC partner organisation to connect to and commercialise this new offer.
In 2017, we go Global!
