TMC – Learn more about Traveldoo booking tool!

For the last year, Traveldoo has been reviewing its training offer, particularly for TMCs, and has created new on-site or remote training courses to meet the different needs of each type of user.

If you would like the training team to deliver a session entirely adapted to the issues in your environment, then we advise you to opt for one of the following three packages:

  • The “Admin Class” is aimed at those responsible for the administration of the Traveldoo SBT. The two main objectives of this session are to understand the best configuration options, and how to modify the configuration of your tool independently – these will be based on practical case studies. It is also possible to create Admin sessions dedicated to some very technical points of SBT administration such as the use of Custom Files or PNR configuration.
  • The “User Class” is aimed at booking agents and provides them with the best possible training in the use of the SBT and good booking practices. This class will also give you the tools to train your client companies’ travel managers yourself.
  • The “Custom Class”. By request, we can help you to develop a “Custom Class” training session entirely customised according to your needs and objectives. We will customise this session with you so that we can discuss any topics you would like to work on and answer any questions you may have. We can also provide dedicated and specific support, if requested and defined in advance.

If you would like more information or an initial discussion about setting up a training session, contact your account manager or the Training Team
